This Decision establishes the indicators and criteria used for the annual verification of MITP residents' activities in 2026, including the methodology for assessing compliance with the requirements for maintaining resident status.
Mandatory requirement for all MITP residents the Park Administration provides a recommended (non-binding) template as an example.
The format and content may be adapted by the company, provided that all requirements set out in Article 16 (3) of 
Law No. 77/2016 are fully respected.
