The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the Digital Transformation of Social Protection Project, is seeking a qualified company to design, develop and implement the Disability Module within the eSocial platform. The assignment will include the delivery of:

The Disability Module will be connected to the Information System Dedicated to Determining Work Capacity (SIDDCM), operated by the National Council for Disability and Work Capacity Determination (CNDDCM), through a secure, versioned REST API. It will provide five back-office capabilities for CNDDCM, covering document workflow, management dashboards, interoperability, risk monitoring and automated reporting. It will also include a front-office capability for citizens through the “Disability and Social Inclusion” page on the eSocial.gov.md portal.

This assignment forms part of UNDP’s support to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in developing eSocial as an integrated digital platform for the delivery of social protection services in a more coherent, unified and accessible manner.
