About the MITP
Council

The Park Council is the collegial body for the strategic coordination of MITP’s activities, established under Government Decision  No. 1144/2017, with a three-year mandate.

Composition of the Council:

4 voting members appointed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.
5 voting members elected by the General Assembly of Park Residents, according to a procedure established by the Administration through  the Regulation on the appointment of delegates.
Representatives of development partners and the associative  sector – with observer status.

Council attributions

The Council meets whenever necessary, but not less than once per semester. Led by an elected President and supported by a Secretary representing the MITP Administration, it plays a vital role in ensuring  good governance and the sustainable development of the Park, with  the following responsibilities:

Coordinates the Park’s Development Strategy.
Coordinating the Administration's annual activity plan.
Reviewing the semi-annual and annual reports on the activity of  the Park and its residents.
Coordinating the Administration's annual budget draft.
Coordinating the indicators subject to annual verification, in  accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 77/2016.
Coordinating the risk management system applied within the  Park Administration.
