Palladium’s Data for Impact (D4I) project in Moldova is requesting bids for the development of a Child Protection Information System (CPIS) in the Republic of Moldova that will allow users at community, county, and national levels to manage child protection processes in one centralized and easy to use information system while providing quality data for policy-design and decision-making.
